The fashion designer recently expanded his collection with the November purchase of an £80 million ($104 million) in London. After selling his brand to Estée Lauder for $2.8 billion in 2022, Ford has continued to expand his enivable real estate empire both throughout the U.S. and globally.
In addition to acquiring, Ford has also sold multiple of his properties over the years, including listing his old Palm Beach spot for $78.5 million most recently. Ford’s newest addition, the Chelsea mansion in London, is worth $80 million, making it the most expensive home deal in the U.K. this year. The stucco-fronted mansion was sold to Ford earlier in the summer, but news only spread of the sale until recently, reported by Bloomberg.
Ford paid $52 million in 2023 for the Lasata estate in the Hamptons. As a child, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis spent her summers at Lasata, a 7-acre estate in East Hampton, New York, owned by her grandfather, John Vernou Bouvier Jr.
Ford is the proud owner of Casa della Porta, a 1920s Mediterranean-style mansion valued at around $100 million. Ford already owned a property in Palm Beach but decided to swap the modern mansion out for Casa della Porta, which is now listed for sale.
